Seascape Paintings by Marion Boddy-Evans

SOLD SEASCAPES

Moods of the Minch: Paintings inspired by the view from the Isle of Skye across the stretch of sea called the Minch. The light changes as frequently as the weather, from saturated sunshine to muted mists to golden sunsets. Other favourite sources of inspiration include Uig and Staffin bays, the north of the Trotternish Peninsula, the view from Elgol towards the Cuillan, and the large waves rolling onto Harris/Lewis from the Atlantic.
